Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance staff across a multi-family community in Idaho. The role focuses on interior/exterior upkeep, safety, and resident satisfaction, with oversight of grounds, repairs and vendor coordination.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of maintenance supervisory experience, EPA HVAC certifications, and a strong customer-service mindset to support residents and team alike.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff in multifamily housing preferred.
• Certified EPA 608 Type I/II and CPO certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and supervise maintenance staff and conduct regular performance appraisals.
• Maintain safe, attractive community environments and oversee grounds and repairs.
• Inspect property regularly and coordinate with vendors for outdoor services.
• Ensure compliance manuals are maintained and safety procedures followed.
• Respond to maintenance requests and prepare units for new residents.
