Job summary

Avenue5 Residential in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations, ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations, and manage the property budget.

You will supervise the maintenance team, respond to service requests, perform carpentry and general repairs, uphold safety standards, mentor staff, and deliver clean, well-maintained living spaces for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and ensure unit readiness.
• Review service requests and track progress.
• Respond to maintenance issues promptly per policy.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Maintain safety and risk management standards.
• Manage work orders and budgets.
• Conduct pre-move in and post-move out inspections.
• Mentor maintenance team.
• Coordinate with property manager on emergencies.
