Job summary

RHF is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician for Prairie Grove in East Prairie, MO. You will maintain building exteriors, common areas, and grounds, support the Property Manager, and respond to service requests to keep the community safe and welcoming.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and service-oriented, with hands-on experience in building maintenance, knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and ability to work with residents and vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in building maintenance.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.
• Familiarity with RealPage Maintenance Facilities.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and work standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior maintenance of buildings and property.
• Complete unit turnovers within 3 days of move-out.
• Respond to work orders and enter details into system.
• Assist with inspections of apartments and systems.
• Address maintenance emergencies after hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Coordinate with vendors and monitor landscape contractor.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance.
