Job summary

RHF (Retirement Housing Foundation) is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician for a 36-unit older adult community in East Prairie, MO. You will maintain building interiors/exteriors, perform preventative maintenance, and support daily property operations with timely service requests.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and service-oriented, with experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and familiarity with RealPage Maintenance Facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in building maintenance.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.
• Skilled with hand and power tools for repair tasks.
• Familiarity with property management software such as RealPage Maintenance Facilities.
• Basic proficiency in English for effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily janitorial duties in common areas and maintain interior/exterior appearance of buildings and grounds.
• Complete unit turnovers within 3 days of move-out as needed.
• Perform painting and preventive maintenance per schedule.
• Assist with apartment and systems inspections as required.
• Respond to and log work orders in OneSite; prioritize by urgency.
