Job summary

Real Property Management in Saint Joseph, MO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep properties well-maintained and inviting for residents. You’ll handle general maintenance, light electrical/plumbing/carpentry, painting, and apartment turnover with attention to quality.

You’ll also assist with pool upkeep, landscaping, and on-site upkeep, while delivering friendly customer service to residents. Valid driver’s license and digital literacy are required; prior maintenance experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Property Maintenance – You will provide maintenance work which could include: general maintenance; light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting; light groundskeeping; light appliance installation/maintenance; trash/large object disposal; pool maintenance, and more.
