Job summary

RHF is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician for Prairie Grove, MO, a 36-unit older adult residential community. The role supports the Property Manager by performing general maintenance, responding to service requests, and assisting with turnovers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in building maintenance or related field.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with read-and-interpretation of technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily janitorial and general maintenance tasks in common areas and around the property.
• Complete unit turnovers within 3 days of move-out when needed.
• Address maintenance requests, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors as required.
• Assist with apartment inspections and participate in safety and regulatory compliance.
