Flagship Communities in Missouri is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for our manufactured home communities. The role requires hands-on property and building maintenance, including painting, remodeling, minor plumbing and electrical work, and landscaping.

You will work autonomously while following health and safety guidelines to uphold resident services. Key duties include maintaining heating and plumbing systems, inspecting alarms, repairing locks and windows, pest control, and grounds

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Property/building maintenance experience preferred.
• CMRP certification is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift and perform physical tasks.

Mansioni

• Assist in setup and repair of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems.
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
• Inspect fire and security alarm systems and schedule repairs.
• Perform manual repairs (locks, windows) as needed.
• Conduct pest control activities and preventative maintenance.
• Perform general upkeep and landscaping tasks.
• Support budget processes and ensure adherence to allocations.
• Mow, trim hedges, and maintain grounds; maintain equipment.
