Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure indoor and outdoor community areas meet high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, preparing vacant units for leasing, coordinating vendors, and inspecting work to ensure quality.

The role requires knowledge of tools, EPA HVAC certification, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer service skills.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience acceptable.
• Experience in property maintenance or a related trade preferred.
• Need to safely use hand and power tools and read instructions.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication required.
• Must read, write, and communicate effectively for internal coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues in a timely, safety-focused manner.
• Coordinate make-ready tasks for vacant units and inspect completed work.
• Set standards for cleanliness and appearance across grounds and common areas.
• Monitor contractor work for quality, scope, and budget compliance.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed within budget.
