Job summary

CrimsonBlu Residential Property Inspector in Hemet, CA is seeking motivated independent contractors (1099) to perform exterior and occasional interior inspections. Build your own route, set hours, and work with other clients on your terms.

You’ll travel to properties, explain the inspection to homeowners, collect photos and data via our mobile app, and schedule interior inspections when needed. This is a contractor role with earnings paid per completed inspection and control over your schedule.

CrimsonBlu is looking for motivated, detail-oriented business owners/independent contractors in Hemet, CA to complete residential property inspections. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. You control how and when you complete accepted jobs, you're free to work with other companies at the same time, and you're responsible for your own taxes and any applicable business insurance.

The Gig

• Traveling to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) underwriting inspections you've accepted
• A brief, professional conversation with homeowners explaining the inspection
• Capturing the required photos and data through our mobile web application
• Using a camera pole for roof photos on applicable jobs
• Scheduling your own appointments for interior/high-value inspections

Service Fees
