CrimsonBlu is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to perform residential property inspections as a 1099 independent contractor. Set your own hours, build your own route, and partner with other clients as you choose.

You are paid per completed inspection and manage your own schedule and tax responsibilities. The role involves traveling to properties for exterior inspections with occasional interior work, explaining the process to homeowners, capturing photos and data via our mobile

Responsibilities

• Traveling to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) underwriting inspections you've accepted
• A brief, professional conversation with homeowners explaining the inspection
• Capturing the required photos and data through our mobile web application
• Using a camera pole for roof photos on applicable jobs
• Scheduling your own appointments for interior/high-value inspections
• Delivering accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication

Residential Property Inspector – 1099 Independent Contractor

CrimsonBlu is looking for motivated, detail-oriented business owners/independent contractors to complete residential property inspections. If you like being outdoors, working independently, and controlling your own schedule — this is a great way to build a business around your life, not the other way around.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. You control how and when you complete accepted jobs, you're free to work with other companies at the same time, and you're responsible for your own taxes and any applicable business insurance.
