Job summary

CrimsonBlu is seeking a Riverside, CA-based residential property inspector as an independent contractor. You set your own schedule, travel to properties, perform exterior inspections with occasional interior checks, and communicate with homeowners.

You will be paid per completed inspection and can work with multiple clients. This 1099 contractor role lets you control when and how you complete accepted jobs, schedule your own appointments, and manage your taxes and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Traveling to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) underwriting inspections you've accepted
• A brief, professional conversation with homeowners explaining the inspection
• Capturing the required photos and data through our mobile web application
• Using a camera pole for roof photos on applicable jobs
• Scheduling your own appointments for interior/high-value inspections
• Delivering accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication

CrimsonBlu is looking for motivated, detail-oriented business owners/independent contractors in Riverside, CA to complete residential property inspections. If you like being outdoors, working independently, and controlling your own schedule — this is a great way to build a business around your life, not the other way around.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. You control how and when you complete accepted jobs, you're free to work with other companies at the same time, and you're responsible for your own taxes and any applicable business insurance.

• Availability: Jobs are generally available during daylight hours, Monday through Saturday (holidays excluded), based on customer expectations — you decide which days and how many you take on.
