Job summary

CrimsonBlu is seeking independent contractors in Glendale, AZ to perform residential property inspections. You will travel to properties, inspect exterior and occasional interior, capture photos and data via our mobile web application, and communicate results professionally.

As a 1099 contractor, you set your own schedule, work with other clients if you wish, and are paid per completed inspection on a monthly basis.

Residential Property Inspector – Glendale, AZ – 1099 Independent Contractor

CrimsonBlu is looking for motivated, detail-oriented business owners/independent contractors in Glendale, AZ to complete residential property inspections. If you like being outdoors, working independently, and controlling your own schedule — this is a great way to build a business around your life, not the other way around.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. You control how and when you complete accepted jobs, you're free to work with other companies at the same time, and you're responsible for your own taxes and any applicable business insurance.

Service Fees

• Service fee structure: Paid per completed inspection on a monthly basis

• Availability : Jobs are generally available during daylight hours, Monday through Saturday (holidays excluded), based on customer expectations — you decide which days and how many you take on.
