American Modern Insurance Group, a Munich Re company, is seeking a Property Field Adjuster for the Butler, PA area. You will manage residential property claims from first notice of loss through final resolution, inspecting damage and communicating findings to homeowners.

This field-based role requires knowledge of residential construction, experience using estimating platforms such as Xactimate or Cotality, and the ability to negotiate repairs while coordinating with contractors and internal

• Experience in property claims adjusting and inspections.
• Ability to review contractor estimates and negotiate repair scopes.
• Strong customer service and communication skills in stressful situations.

Responsabilidades

• Own residential property claims from notice to resolution.
• Conduct on-site inspections and document findings.
• Review policy information and investigations for coverage decisions.
• Prepare repair estimates using estimating platforms (Xactimate/Cotality/Symbility).
• Communicate with homeowners throughout the claim and explain next steps.
