Evergreen Real Estate Group is seeking a reliable Janitor to keep residential buildings clean, safe, and orderly. Responsibilities include routine cleaning, turnover cleaning of vacant units, and light maintenance tasks across interior and exterior spaces.

You will support grounds maintenance, assist with minor repairs, and uphold safety standards through proper PPE use and adherence to MSDS guidelines. The role is on-site at our Colorado properties and requires physical endurance.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of janitorial, custodial, or property cleaning experience.
• Experience with light maintenance or cleaning tools preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine cleaning of common areas across residential properties.
• Deep clean vacant units during turnover and remove trash.
• Assist with grounds maintenance and minor repairs as needed.
• Follow safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and MSDS requirements.
• Respond to work orders and coordinate with maintenance team.
• Maintain clean and safe mechanical rooms and storage areas.
