Responsibilities

• Clean common areas such as lobbies, restrooms, stairwells, and laundry rooms.
• Perform deep cleaning of vacant units during turnover.
• Assist with exterior grounds maintenance and light repairs.
• Respond to work orders and support maintenance team.
• Maintain safety by following OSHA guidelines and using PPE.
• Track and store tools and supplies.
