Evergreen Real Estate Services is seeking a part-time janitor for Columbine Apartments in Craig, CO. The role focuses on keeping common areas clean, safe, and well maintained, and assisting with unit turnover to ensure a high standard of resident experience.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years in janitorial or custodial roles, with the ability to perform light maintenance and lift heavy objects when needed.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in janitorial, custodial, or property cleaning roles.

Responsabilidades

• General cleaning of lobbies, restrooms, stairwells, and common areas.
• Deep cleaning of vacant units during turnover.
• Grounds upkeep and exterior debris removal.
• Light maintenance tasks and basic repairs.
• Follow safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Assist with pool upkeep if applicable.
