Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business or related field with one year of mass appraisal experience.
• Knowledge of building and land valuation methods and real estate technology.
• Ability to analyze data and explain regulations related to assessment; read maps and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Appraise residential and agricultural real estate through inspections.
• Perform statistical analysis to establish tax assessments.
• Prepare reports and respond to property owners about the assessment process.
• Assist in preparing documentation of contested assessments.
• Support ongoing duties in a hybrid work environment.
