Job summary

Kistler & Knapp Builders, Inc. is seeking a Project Supervisor to lead daily on residential construction sites across Greater Boston and MetroWest.

You will coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and equipment, maintain high standards for safety and quality, and collaborate with the Project Manager to keep projects moving on time and within budget. The role requires strong knowledge of construction processes, the ability to interpret architectural drawings, and clear communication with

Qualifications

• Residential construction background.
• Experience supervising residential projects.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings.
• Strong communication with clients and subcontractors.
• Leadership of subcontractors and coordination of activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day execution of assigned residential construction projects.
• Coordinate people, subcontractors, resources, and activities to move the project forward.
• Maintain high standards for construction quality and jobsite safety.
• Understand architectural drawings and use them to communicate with clients and subs.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager throughout the project.
• Participate in permitting activities as needed.
• Provide input into subcontractor selection and build relationships with subcontractors.
• Represent Kistler & Knapp professionally with clients and partners.
