Job summary

C2MG Builders seeks a Site Supervisor to lead on-site execution of our high-end residential and historic restoration projects in the Greater Boston area. You’ll own the day-to-day plans, resources, and outcomes, shaping projects from mobilization through punch list.

You’ll manage schedule, budget, safety, and quality; supervise carpenters and subcontractors; review blueprints; solve problems in real time; and communicate with clients, architects, and the office.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of field experience in high-end residential construction and/or historic restoration.
• Proven track record running projects $1M–$10M+ from start to finish.
• Deep understanding of Extreme Ownership principles.
• Strong leadership and team-motivation abilities.
• Mastery of scheduling software, blueprints, and construction details.
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain immediately).

Responsibilities

• Own the project schedule, budget, quality, and safety from mobilization to punchlist.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of carpenters and subcontractors; enforce scope and schedule.
• Select, onboard, and evaluate subcontractors; ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain the detailed project schedule; communicate with client and office.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and approve/reject work as needed.
• Solve problems in real time—design conflicts, material delays, weather, etc.
• Maintain a safe, organized job site compliant with OSHA and local regs.
• Communicate clearly with clients, architects, designers, and the office team.
