Job summary

C2MG Builders is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead on-site execution for high-end residential and historic restoration projects in the Greater Boston North Shore, Southern New Hampshire, and Southern Maine areas.

You will own the job from mobilization to punchlist, steering schedule, budget, safety, and quality while coordinating with clients, architects, and the in-house team. A strong track record and OSHA 30 are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of field experience in high-end residential construction and/or historic restoration.
• Proven track record running projects $1M-$10M+ from start to finish.
• Deep understanding and daily practice of Extreme Ownership principles.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate a crew and coach performance.
• Mastery of scheduling software (Buildertrend preferred), blueprints, and construction details.
• Exceptional problem-solving ability under pressure.
• Professional presence when dealing with discerning clients and design teams.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain immediately).

Responsibilities

• Own the project schedule, budget, quality, and safety from mobilization to punchlist.
• Lead a high-performing team of carpenters and subcontractors; set the standard and accountability.
• Select, onboard, direct, and evaluate subcontractors; enforce scope, schedule, and quality.
• Develop and maintain the detailed project schedule; anticipate issues and keep client and office informed.
• Conduct regular quality inspections at critical phases; approve or reject work before it’s covered.
• Solve problems in real time — design conflicts, material delays, weather, etc.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional job site across OSHA and local regs.
• Communicate clearly with clients, architects, designers, and the office team.
• Protect the company’s reputation by delivering on promises and adding value.
