Job summary

The Community Onboarding Manager at Vets Hired in Orlando oversees onboarding and launch of new residential construction projects from kickoff through handoff, coordinating schedules, teams, and stakeholders to deliver on milestones and a seamless customer experience.

You will partner with developers, property managers, builders, and internal groups, provide regular status updates, prepare reports, and ensure accurate account and billing data before launch; strong communication and organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in telecommunications or a related technical field.
• Proven experience managing projects through full lifecycle.
• Strong project coordination, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete onboarding and launch process for residential construction projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with property managers, developers, builders, and stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing project updates and maintain consistent communication with all stakeholders.
• Coordinate project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved on time.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve project delays and operational challenges.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and executive project status reports.
• Attend project kickoffs, town halls, board meetings, and onsite meetings.
• Coordinate operational requirements including equipment, workspace, facilities, and personnel.
• Ensure customer account information and billing data are accurate before project launch.
• Coordinate pre-launch meetings with construction, operations, and sales teams.
• Ensure contract deliverables and common-area installations are completed before system activation.
• Support customers throughout the onboarding process and provide a high-quality customer experience.
