Ugville Construction in the Inland Empire, CA seeks a Residential Project Manager to oversee high-volume renovations and operations. You will lead projects from planning through completion, manage budgets, supervise teams, and communicate with clients to ensure quality and timeliness.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of residential construction management experience, a related Bachelor's degree preferred, strong leadership and communication skills, and willingness to travel within the Inland

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in managing residential construction projects.
• Experience in flipping property or large single-family rental operations preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within Inland Empire as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion.
• Oversee initial property assessment and scope bidding prior to purchase.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for timely delivery.
• Maintain high-quality standards and compliance with building codes.
• Monitor budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities within constraints.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, addressing delays proactively.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders and provide regular progress updates.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Enforce safety protocols on all job sites.
