We are seeking a skilled Residential Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in overseeing residential construction renovations and operations throughout the Inland Empire California metropolitan area for our residential home flipping business which operates at high volume. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in managing construction projects, ensuring quality, meeting deadlines, and exceeding client expectations. The salary range for this position is between $70,000 to $90,000, with an annual bonus.

About the Role:

We are a large buyer of homes for renovation and resale in the Inland Empire, CA market and seek to build out a dedicated business to renovate the homes, as well as serve new customers. Our business model revitalizes existing residential property to provide affordable, renovated homes for new homeowners. The role will involve:

Qualifications

• Experience:5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing residential construction projects of varying size and complexity. Experience in flipping property or large single family rental operations is preferred but not a requirement.
• Education:Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Leadership Skills:Strong leadership abilities, motivating teams, fostering collaboration, and driving results.
• Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.

• Location:Must be located in the Inland Empire, CA area and be willing to travel in the area as needed to various project sites.
