Job summary

Bayview Fund Management, LLC seeks a Residential Project Manager to oversee high-volume home renovations and operations in the Denver metro area. You will lead all phases of construction, manage budgets, schedules, and ensure client satisfaction on a fast-paced flipping business.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of residential construction project management, a Bachelor’s degree in CM or engineering, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management in residential construction.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with construction management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.
• Oversee initial property assessment and scope bidding prior to property purchase.
• Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely project delivery.
• Maintain high-quality standards, ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and client specifications.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, proactively identifying and addressing delays or obstacles.
• Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders and clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect timelines and budgets.
• Enforce strict safety protocols and promote on-site safety.
