Ugville Construction seeks a Residential Project Manager to oversee high-volume renovation projects across the Inland Empire, CA. You will lead all project phases, coordinate teams, manage budgets, and ensure safety and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in residential construction project management, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills, with willingness to travel to multiple project sites within the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in residential construction.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in CM, engineering, or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from planning to completion.
• Oversee pre-purchase diligence and scope bidding prior to purchase.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for timely delivery.
• Maintain quality and compliance with codes and client specs.
• Monitor budgets and expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and address delays.
• Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Enforce safety protocols on all job sites.
• Pursue continuous improvement and stay updated on industry trends.
