The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in residential construction management, a bachelor’s degree preferred, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential construction project management experience.
• Experience with flipping/renovation projects preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction/engineering preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the Phoenix area.
• Proficient with construction management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from planning to completion.
• Oversee pre-purchase diligence and scope bidding.
• Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain budgets, schedules, and cost controls.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders regularly.
• Identify and mitigate risks to project timelines.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and quality.
