• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience conducting quality control inspections and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Residential Project Manager to oversee kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects from demolition through final completion. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in residential construction, carpentry, or renovation project management who enjoys being in the field, coordinating trades, managing material deliveries, ensuring quality workmanship, and providing an exceptional homeowner experience.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple active remodeling projects, maintaining project schedules, enforcing quality standards, coordinating subcontractors and materials, and coordinating with homeowners throughout the renovation process.

Responsibilities

• Manage kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects from pre‑construction through completion.
• Coordinate project schedules, subcontractors, inspections, and daily jobsite activities.
• Ensure proper sequencing of work and maintain project momentum through effective scheduling and communication.
