Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential construction, remodeling, carpentry, or project management.
• Strong understanding of remodeling workflows, construction methods, and finish installation.
• Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience conducting quality control inspections and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Coordinate project schedules, subcontractors, inspections, and daily jobsite activities.
• Ensure proper sequencing of work and maintain project momentum through scheduling and communication.
• Coordinate material procurement, deliveries, and installation timelines.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor workmanship, progress, and adherence to company standards.
• Create and manage punch lists to ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct homeowner walk-throughs and address questions, concerns, and project updates.
• Resolve jobsite issues proactively to minimize delays and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and communication records.
• Support service and warranty-related follow-up work as needed.
