Job summary

Jobtailor in Bloomington, MN seeks a skilled residential remodeling project manager to oversee projects from estimate through completion. You will lead multiple concurrent remodeling initiatives, coordinate trades, materials, permits, and inspections, and ensure scope adherence and quality.

As the primary point of contact for clients, you will maintain proactive communication, monitor timelines, manage change orders, and conduct final walkthroughs to ensure client satisfaction and project

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of residential construction is required.
• Prior experience in construction, remodeling, or project management.
• Ability to read and understand scopes, materials, and job sequencing.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects at once.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background screening.
• Basic knowledge of building codes.
• Must have tools and work vehicle.
• Experience in remodeling or home repair trades in multiple skills recommended: General Carpentry, Drywall, Minor Plumbing/Electrical, Flooring.
