Excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join one of the fastest growing home builders in the state, providing the opportunity to work on a range of high-quality and exciting custom home projects.

This is for a well established and highly regarded home builder in the state of Ohio. Producing award-winning homes for their clients, they have an exciting pipeline of work and are looking for a Project Manager to join and contribute to their strategic growth.

Put simply, in this role you will have the opportunity to change lives. The high quality operation is fundamental to managing the company through the pipeline of projects and their next stages of development.

This role would ideally suit a Project Manager who has experience working on residential home builds up to $1m in value. Equally, those with experience building affordable housing will also be considered.

The Role

• Buy outs, schedules, budgets, close outs and job site visits. Liaise with all relevant stakeholders.
• Experience running multiple projects.
• $70,000 - $85,000 + Project Bonuses + Insurances + Company Vehicle/Allowance & Gas Card

• Custom Home and / or affordable home projects.
