Project Manager

LeapPoint seeks a Project Manager to oversee the delivery and implementation of our Connected Work vision, helping the world’s biggest brands optimize their content supply chain by integrating people, processes, and Adobe technology to address high-level challenges and accelerate marketing transformation.

Responsibilities include:

1. Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements for content supply chain solutions.
2. Schedule Management: Create and maintain realistic timelines, track progress, and manage potential delays.
3. Budget & Resource Management: Develop and monitor budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost-efficient milestone delivery.
4. Status Reporting: Provide regular updates through reports, dashboards, and presentations on project status, risks, and outcomes.
5. Risk Management: Identify risks proactively, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
6. Problem-solving: Resolve project issues, manage change, and ensure project success.
7. Post-Implementation Review: Conduct evaluations to assess outcomes, gather feedback, and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 4+ years of project management experience in digital marketing, with preferred experience in Adobe content supply chain solutions and GenAI.
• Primary experience managing projects involving Workfront, AEM, SaaS integration, or process optimization.
• Proven success in delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time and within budget.
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasting costs, and resource allocation.
• Experience working in a consulting environment with diverse clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to motivate and lead project teams.

Certifications:

PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or Adobe Workfront Certification are a plus.

Additional Details:

• This is a remote, work-from-home position.
• Travel may be approximately 10-20%.
