Job summary

The role serves as a primary design resource, coordinates consultants, and mentors staff to ensure design documents meet quality, constructability and client expectations while aligning with SCS standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, interior design, or related field.
• 3+ years of architectural design, drafting or related field experience.
• 3+ years of Revit experience.
• 2+ years of wood-frame multifamily design experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares construction documents for permit and construction.
• Ensures drawings are accurate, coordinated, and code compliant.
• Develops creative and practical design solutions while maintaining budgets and schedules.
• Coordinates revisions throughout the design process.
• Maintains company drafting and documentation standards.
• Tracks consultant deliverables and project milestones.
