Job summary

S.C. Swiderski seeks a Civil Engineer to lead design and review of civil plans for single-family and multi-family developments across Wisconsin. You will coordinate with consultants, municipalities, and internal teams to ensure plans meet codes and project goals.

The role involves permitting, site design at multiple stages, and ongoing compliance, with opportunities for professional licensure and ongoing development within a collaborative Development Department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or closely related discipline.
• Current Professional Engineer license for Wisconsin.
• Experience with residential land development and regulatory permits.

Responsibilities

• Lead design/review of civil plans including grading, drainage, and utilities.
• Coordinate with consultants, municipal staff, and internal teams.
• Prepare permits and draft civil design plans at multiple development stages.
