Job summary

S.C. Swiderski (SCS) seeks a Civil Engineer-Residential to lead civil design and review across Wisconsin residential projects. You will coordinate with consultants and municipal staff, ensuring plans meet codes and company standards, from due diligence through construction closeout.

The role requires PE licensure for Wisconsin, ongoing education, and collaboration with the Development Department. Some travel statewide is expected, with a focus on quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or closely related discipline.
• Current Professional Engineer (PE) license for Wisconsin.
• Continuing education in site planning, hydrology, and regulatory compliance is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and review of civil engineering plans (grading, drainage, utilities, transportation).
• Coordinate with consultants, staff, and internal teams for timely plan approval.
• Prepare permits (NOI, DSPS, municipal) and draft final civil design plans.
