Job summary

S.C. Swiderski (SCS) is hiring a Project Designer I to support architectural design and technical development for residential, multifamily, and mixed-use projects from concept through construction documents.

The role requires Revit expertise, strong knowledge of construction documentation, and familiarity with Wisconsin building codes, with opportunities to mentor staff and coordinate consultants.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's in architecture/interior design or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in architectural design or related field.
• 3+ years of Revit experience.
• 2+ years of wood-frame multifamily design experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in architectural design and technical development of assigned projects.
• Prepare construction documents for permit and construction.
• Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated, and code compliant.
• Develop design solutions within budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate revisions throughout the design process.
• Maintain drafting and documentation standards.
• Track consultant deliverables and incorporate revisions.
• Assist with field observations and site visits.
