Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–8 years in project cost management, construction accounting, or project controls in real estate development.
• Budgeting, forecasting, job costing, contract administration, and financial reporting.
• Experience analyzing project financial performance and cost reports for multiple projects.
• Experience using ERP or construction accounting software.
• Analytical, organized, detail-oriented problem-solver.
• Excellent communication for presenting financial information to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Project Cost Planning & Budget Management: develop and monitor budgets from preconstruction through completion.
• Cost Analysis & Financial Reporting: prepare cost reports, analyze variances, and track commitments.
• Contract & Change Order Management: review contracts, evaluate changes, and document values.
• Project Controls & Cross-Department Coordination: liaise with PMs, Purchasing, and accounting for cost visibility.
• Compliance & Continuous Improvement: ensure procedures meet policies and improve controls.
