Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Civil, Arch, Urban Planning, Real Estate Development
• 5-8 years in real estate development or project management
• Experience managing residential, multifamily, mixed-use, or land development
• Knowledge of entitlement, permitting, design coordination
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and construction administration
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple development projects through all phases of development.
• Prepare schedules, budgets, and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate activities to align with company goals, timelines, and investments.
• Monitor progress, risks, delays, and budget impacts.
• Prepare regular status reports for executive leadership.
• Support land development due diligence and entitlement processes.
