You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain a safe, recovery‑oriented environment for clients and staff alike. • Bachelor's degree preferred with 2 years of leadership experience in a recovery or residential program.
• Valid driver's license required.
• CPR certification within 6 months of employment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise recovery staff and coaches.

Responsibilities

• Supervise program staff and oversee staff onboarding and development.
• Create schedules ensuring appropriate coverage and regulatory alignment.
• Oversee medication self-administration and compliance with protocols.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and a strong team culture.
• Provide on-call support and respond to crises as needed.
