Job summary

REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, is seeking a Supervisor Residential to lead and coordinate day-to-day services for individuals receiving support. You will supervise Direct Care Staff, ensure program activities run smoothly, and uphold regulatory standards.

You’ll collaborate with case managers, families, and guardians to promote quality of life and safety while supporting a compassionate, person-centered approach. This role offers growth within a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or equivalent experience.
• Experience coordinating schedules and supervising staff.
• CPR and First Aid certified if required by state.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities for individuals receiving support.
• Coordinate, supervise, and maintain daily activities for Direct Care Staff.
• Ensure onboarding, orientation and ongoing training is delivered.
• Provide input in hiring decisions and performance evaluations.
• Foster positive relations with case managers and families.
• Monitor safety and regulatory compliance of living environments.
