Job summary

REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, seeks a dedicated supervisor to lead day-to-day activities for individuals receiving services. You will ensure proper management, coordinate programs, maintain records, and promote regulatory compliance across sites.

You will supervise staff, conduct evaluations, oversee scheduling and training, and partner with case managers and guardians. Travel as needed to support diverse programs and maintain high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services.
• One to two years’ experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
• State education and experience requirements may apply by state.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day activities and ensures individuals receiving services are properly managed and cared for.
• Maintains census, utilization, and occupancy percentages within programs.
• Maintains and fosters relations with case managers, referral agents, families, guardians, and individuals served.
• Ensures timely incident reporting and implements corrective actions as needed.
• Travel as required and coordinates scheduling and health/medication management.
