Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years progressive direct work experience.
• 7 years direct experience in human services/medical field may substitute for degree.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.

• Commitment to quality and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities and appointments for individuals.
• Coordinate, supervise and maintain daily schedules for Direct Care Staff and oversee program operations.
• Ensure onboarding, orientation and ongoing training are delivered.
• Provide input on hiring, performance evaluations and corrective actions.
• Foster positive relations with case managers, referral agents and lobbies.
• Maintain relationships with families and guardians and support satisfaction plans.
• Monitor comfort and safety and ensure regulatory compliance.
