Job summary

Sevita seeks a Supervisor Residential to oversee day-to-day activities for individuals receiving care, ensuring programs run smoothly and staff are well-supported. You will supervise schedules, coordinate care, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes onboarding, training and collaboration with case managers, families and guardians to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or equivalent experience.
• One to two years’ experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Valid driver's license, car registration and auto insurance.
• Licensure as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities and appointments for individuals receiving support; implement programs and services.
• Coordinate and supervise daily activities and schedules for Direct Care Staff; oversee program operations.
• Ensure onboarding, orientation and ongoing training is delivered.
• Provide input in hiring, corrective action, and performance evaluations.
