Job summary

Sevita is seeking a Residential Manager to lead and supervise residential operations, ensuring quality services for program participants. You will manage programming, oversee staff, budgeting, admissions, and compliance with licensing and safety standards.

The role requires coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, attending weekly meetings, and providing family support as needed. Travel may be required in this position.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience with group home operation preferred.
• At least one year of supervisory experience required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Valid driver’s license, car registration and auto insurance if transporting individuals.
• State licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure shifts are adequately covered within the homes.
• Develop and monitor home budgets and ensure fiscal management.
• Participate in admissions and clinical reviews for new residents.
• Ensure staff compliance with licensing and agency regulations.
• Oversee medication assistance per regulations and guidelines.
• Assist in program transitions for residents between residences or discharge env.
• Attend meetings with interdisciplinary teams and mandatory trainings.
• Conduct safety inspections and maintain facilities.
• Supervise staff including evaluations, scheduling and training.
• Provide family support and manage vehicle upkeep as needed.
