Job summary

CBH Care in Emerson, New Jersey seeks a full-time Residential Services Manager to oversee the Emerson TR program, conduct intakes, supervise staff, and develop treatment plans with diverse modalities.

Qualifications

• MSW in Social Work or MA in Psychology or related field is required.
• Previous experience working with individuals diagnosed with a psychiatric disorder is required.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages all operations of the Emerson TR program.
• Conducts new consumer evaluations and completes intakes.
• Provides supervision to program staff and completes staff evaluations.
• Develops and reviews consumer treatment plans and applies various treatment modalities.
• Manages staff schedules and updates as needed.
• Represents Residential Services at Partial Care meetings and other delegated meetings.
• Maintains knowledge of program policies, procedures, and accurate documentation.
• Develops in-program groups and activities.
