Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Program Manager to oversee day-to-day operations within the identified Division, coordinate activities, supervise staff, and ensure delivery of high-quality services to participants. The role may involve managing a caseload and requires strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

The position emphasizes staff development, regular supervision, and collaboration with partners to maintain program standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Associate’s degree with 2 years’ experience in Human Services.
• High School Diploma with 5 years’ experience in Human Services.
• 15+ years’ experience in a Human Services field in a residential setting.
• 1-3 Years of Supervisory/Managerial Experience.
• NASDP Certification requires within 1 year of hire if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise program staff, providing direction, guidance, and support.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss program goals, updates, and challenges.
• Provide training and professional development opportunities for staff members.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring workload balance.
• Address staffing issues, conflicts, and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
