Job summary

Merakey in Penn Hills, PA seeks a Program Lead to oversee day-to-day management of designated programs. Reports to the Program Manager and may handle a caseload, ensuring high-quality services for participants.

Responsibilities include leading staff on shift, scheduling, approving DSP timecards, supervising direct care (ADLs, meals, supervision), medication management, incident handling, and household operations.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Lead staff and point person when on shift.
• Prepares and manages house schedules in coordination with the Program Manager.
• Approve all DSP timecards and leave requests.
• Direct Care responsibilities including ADLs, food preparation, and required supervision.
• Medication management and administration.
• Incident management in coordination with Program Manager and QCO.
• Manage household needs including menu development, shopping, and housekeeping.
• Ensure ongoing upkeep and maintenance of assigned home and ensure cleanliness.
