Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Program Lead to oversee day-to-day operations within a designated division. You will coordinate program activities, manage staff, and ensure high-quality services for participants.

The role may involve handling a personal caseload and coordinating with the Program Manager. You will lead on-shift activities, ensure safety, oversee care tasks, and manage household needs while maintaining compliance with program policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or GED or 4-5 years experience in a human services residential setting.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to obtain NADSP Certification within the first year, if required.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff on shift as the point person.
• Prepare and manage house schedules with Program Manager.
• Direct care duties including ADLs, meal prep, and supervision.
• Medication management and administration.
• Handle incident management with Program Manager and QCO.
• Oversee household needs: menu planning, shopping, housekeeping.
• Maintain and repair tasks: daily upkeep, maintenance requests.
