Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Program Lead to oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations within a designated division. Reporting to the Program Manager, the role may manage a caseload and provide guidance to staff while ensuring high-quality services to program participants.

Key duties include leading shifts, scheduling, ADL support, meal prep, medication management, emergency response, and maintaining household operations.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Lead staff and point person when on shift.
• Prepares and manages house schedules in coordination with the Program Manager.
• Direct Care responsibilities including ADL's, food preparation/feeding, maintaining supervision requirements.
• Medication management and administration.
• Incident management in coordination with Program Manager and QCO.
• Manages all household needs including menu development, shopping, housekeeping.
• Ensure ongoing upkeep and maintenance of assigned home.
