Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; four years’ experience with persons with Developmental Disabilities preferred.
• Proficient verbal and written communication.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate daily operations.
• Must have a current and valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor program execution at the site.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and incident reporting.
• Ensure adequate staffing at all times and safety for clients.
• Coordinate outings and activities with the Program Director.
