Job summary

Bridgewell, a provider of residential and community services, seeks a Residential Manager to lead daily operations of a residential home. You will supervise staff, ensure quality of care, and coordinate meetings with families while managing budgets and program data.

The role requires supervisory experience, knowledge of clinical needs, and compliance with regulatory standards. A valid US driver’s license and program leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent direct care experience.
• Associate's degree with 2+ years in a direct care role and related experience.
• High school diploma with 3-5 years of direct care experience and supervisory exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise staff to meet performance standards.
• Coordinate hiring, training, and supervision of staff.
• Manage program budget and expenses; monitor overtime and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, DDS, CARF, and Bridgewell policies.
• Support clinical and nursing teams to meet behavioral and medical needs.
• Collaborate with guardians and families to coordinate care and services.
• Maintain program data, timekeeping, and electronic health records.
